Job requirements:
- Languages: English (specialized in reading and writing)
- Education: College, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years or more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and deploy campaigns/App user development programs
- Implement marketing campaigns from idea generation to implementation.
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, marketing campaigns advertising promotions, and practical activities to promote customers to use services, increase sales, and maintain and grow users.
- Effective data analysis ability to optimize campaigns and programs to promote sales growth based on customer behavior, helping to reduce costs while increasing experience to maintain and develop users.
- Build reports, synthesize data to analyze user behavior and propose product optimization solutions to exploit customer needs.
- Build relationships and strategic partnerships with companies
- Prepare and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets and allocate budget appropriately.
- Supervise and approve marketing documents
- Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collect data and evaluate effectiveness against goals, and be responsible for the work performance of the marketing department
